All vehicles offered for sale are pre-owned vehicles and are subject to change prior sale. Prices, terms, and availability are subject to change without notice. We strive to provide accurate vehicle descriptions, pricing, mileage, and equipment details; however, customers are responsible for verifying all vehicle information, options, condition, and pricing prior to purchase.

Advertised prices reflect each vehicle’s current market value and may vary based on financing structure and dealer participation. Prices designated as “Suggested Retail Price” may apply to transactions involving financing arranged through the dealership, including financing through the dealership’s approved lending partners or third-party financing sources processed through/ With the dealership. Prices designated as “Special Internet Price” or “Special Cash Price” may apply to cash purchases only and may not apply to financed transactions. Any price differences reflect financing structure, lender participation, and risk-based lending terms and are not a penalty for payment method.

All advertised prices exclude taxes, tags, registration fees, title fees, license fees, warranty costs, GAP coverage, aftermarket products, interest charges, an $800 processing fee (not required by law), and $999 dealer freight / vehicle acquisition and recon fee, not required by law. The processing fee and dealer freight/transport fee are charged on all retail transactions and are not government-mandated fees.

All financing is subject to approved credit. Terms, rates, down payments, and approvals are determined by third-party lenders based on creditworthiness, income verification, and other underwriting factors. Not all customers will qualify for all advertised terms.

Vehicle warranty coverage varies by vehicle and is determined by the Buyers Guide displayed on the vehicle at the time of sale in accordance with Maryland law. Some vehicles may be sold AS-IS, while others may include a limited dealer warranty. Where applicable, the limited dealer warranty provides coverage for one (1) month or 1,000 miles, whichever occurs first, and covers 50% of parts and labor on engine and transmission lubricated internal components only. Complete warranty terms, coverage limitations, and eligibility requirements are provided in writing at the time of sale. Extended service contracts may be available at additional cost.

Car Quest Finance Center is not responsible for any voided manufacturer warranties resulting from prior accidents, auction announcements, lack of maintenance, or previous owner negligence. Customers are encouraged to verify any remaining manufacturer warranty coverage directly with the manufacturer.

Certain vehicles may be subject to open safety recalls. Customers are encouraged to verify recall status by visiting www.nhtsa.gov/recalls and entering the vehicle’s VIN prior to purchase.
